Description
Emerson 5X00058G01
Technical Specifications: Rated operating voltage: 24 VDC Isolation voltage: 1500 VAC Operating temperature: 0 ℃ to 60 ℃ Storage temperature: -40 ℃ to 85 ℃ Humidity range: 5% to 95% non-condensing
Functional Features: Integrated signal protection circuit for each signal channel. Low-pass filter eliminates high-frequency noise interference. Power LED indicator reflects operating status. DIN rail quick installation and removal. Mechanical anti-insertion error design. Reserved test jacks for on-site signal detection. Compatible with designated Ovation I/O series cards.
Application Scenarios: Coal-fired power plant boiler and turbine control, chemical plant continuous process control, municipal water treatment automation, mining process monitoring, paper mill production line control.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance less than 10 milliohm Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5g Shock resistance: 10g peak, 11ms duration MTBF: 212000 hours
Material Composition: Base housing: UL94-V0 flame retardant thermoplastic. Terminal hardware: nickel-plated brass. Circuit board substrate: FR4 epoxy glass fiber board. Electronic protection components welded on PCB. Mounting spring clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail buckle installation structure. Front panel equipped with screw terminals and channel marking area. Top card slot for inserting Ovation I/O card. Positioning buckle prevents installation of unmatched I/O hardware. Shell surface has ventilation grooves for passive heat dissipation.
Working Principle: Field sensor or actuator signals are connected to screw terminals. Signals flow through filter and surge protection circuits, then deliver to the I/O card mounted on the base. The I/O card converts analog or discrete signals into digital data and sends data to Ovation controller. The base supplies required DC power for signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail inside control cabinet. Leave 20mm vertical clearance for heat dissipation. Separate analog signal cables and high-voltage power cables into different wiring channels. Terminal screw tightening torque ranges from 0.6 N·m to 0.8 N·m. Cut off all relevant power supply before wiring operation.
Precautions for Use: Do not deploy in environments with corrosive vapor or conductive dust. Anti-static protection must be adopted when maintaining internal circuits. Check terminal screw tightness periodically. Stop using the base immediately if shell cracks or burn marks appear.
