Working Principle: Module communicates with Emerson motion controller through backplane bus. It converts internal motion control data into Profinet protocol packets and sends to field Profinet devices. It receives position feedback and device status data from field devices and transmits back to motion controller. Built-in diagnostic circuit monitors network link status and reports communication fault.
Installation Requirements: Insert module into PACMotion controller rack and lock latch. Connect Profinet Ethernet cables to RJ45 ports. Configure Profinet device name and network parameters in controller software. Ensure cabinet grounding.
