Honeywell CC-PAIN01-51410069-175

Product Introduction CC-PAIN01 is a high density analog input module for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 control system. It receives conventional 4-20mA, 0-10V, RTD and thermocouple analog signals from field sensors and transmitters. It converts continuous analog field signals into digital data and transmits data to C300 controller through rack backplane bus. This variant 51410069-175 adopts conformal coated circuit board for heavy industrial corrosive environment. It does not support HART digital communication.

Structural Features Standard Series C plug-in module outline. Front panel integrates power and fault LED indicators. Side anti-reverse insertion notch. Rear gold finger connector mates with rack backplane. Wiring compartment is separated from analog circuit area to reduce crosstalk. Lock clip fixes the module on rack slot.

Working Principle Field sensor analog signal enters signal conditioning circuit. The circuit adjusts signal amplitude and filter interference noise. ADC converts analog signal into digital value. Onboard FPGA organizes all channel data and sends data package to C300 controller via backplane bus. The module continuously monitors input signal range and triggers fault alarm when signal exceeds normal limit.

Installation Requirements Power off rack before inserting module. Align notch and insert into empty slot, lock buckle. Connect field sensor shielded twisted pair cable to corresponding terminals. Configure channel signal type and filter parameters in Control Builder. Power on rack and perform channel calibration if required. Separate analog signal cable from high power cable.

Usage Notes Thermocouple wiring must use matching compensation wire. Do not connect AC voltage to input terminals. Static protection must be used during replacement. Keep module cabinet dry and dust-free. Do not use this module for HART smart transmitter loops.
