Material Composition
Manufactured with high-strength, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and premium dielectric materials to ensure long-term stability in harsh environments.
Structural Characteristics
Incorporates advanced sealing technologies (Viton O-ring) and strain relief mechanisms to protect against fluid ingress and mechanical stress.
Working Principle
The probe acts as an inductive sensor. As the conductive shaft moves, it changes the eddy current loading on the probe coil. This impedance variation is demodulated by the proximitor into a linear voltage output.
Installation Requirements
Ensure proper grounding of the monitoring system to prevent ground loops. Set the initial gap to the manufacturer’s recommended midpoint to maximize linear operating range.
Usage Precautions
Avoid exposing the probe to temperatures exceeding its rated limit. Regularly clean the probe face and inspect the connector for signs of corrosion or loosening.
