Technical Specifications: Rated power supply: 24VDC. Insulation voltage:1500VAC. Operating temperature:0℃~60℃. Storage temperature:-40℃~85℃. Humidity:5%~95% non-condensing.
Functional Features: Built-in surge suppression circuit. EMI filter reduces electromagnetic interference. LED power status indicator. DIN rail quick installation. Support matched I/O card hot swap. Test points reserved for signal measurement.
Application Scenarios: Power plant auxiliary control, petrochemical process monitoring, water treatment automatic control, metallurgical process monitoring, paper mill production control.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance less than 10mΩ. Vibration resistance:10~150Hz,0.5g. Shock resistance:10g,11ms. MTBF:200000 hours.
Material Composition: Shell: UL94-V0 flame retardant thermoplastic. Terminals: nickel-plated brass. PCB: FR4 glass epoxy substrate. Internal electronic components with epoxy encapsulation. Mounting spring clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail snap buckle structure. Front panel with screw terminals and channel marking area. Upper card slot for I/O card insertion. Positioning buckle prevents wrong card installation. Dust-proof groove on shell surface.
Working Principle: Field instrument signals are connected to screw terminals. Signals pass through filter and surge protection circuit, and transmit to I/O card plugged on the base. I/O card converts analog or digital signals into digital data and uploads to Ovation controller. The terminal base provides power distribution for signal loop.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail. Keep 20mm vertical ventilation space. Separate signal cable and high voltage power cable. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8N·m. Cut off power supply before wiring.
Precautions for Use: Forbid application in environment with corrosive gas and conductive dust. Anti-static wristband required for maintenance. Regularly check terminal tightness. Disconnect all field cables before removing the terminal base.
