Performance Parameters: Positioning repeat accuracy: ±1 pulse Speed fluctuation rate: less than ±0.1% under rated load Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 186000 hours under standard cabinet environment

Material Composition: Module housing adopts UL94-V0 flame-retardant metal shell. Main printed circuit board uses FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Power semiconductor components are industrial-grade power IGBT. Terminal blocks use nickel-plated brass conductors. DIN rail fixing structure uses cold-rolled steel plate.

Structural Features: Vertical DIN rail mounting structure. Front panel equipped with status LED indicators and operation buttons. Terminal area is separated into power terminal group and signal terminal group. Internal metal heat sink for power device heat dissipation. Upper and lower ventilation openings for air convection cooling. Internal circuit area adopts metal shielding layer to suppress electromagnetic radiation.

Working Principle: After power-on, the module completes hardware self-check and parameter loading. It receives position or speed command signals from motion controller. It compares command value with real-time motor feedback signal to generate adjustment quantity. The internal power circuit converts AC power into adjustable drive current and outputs to servo motor. The feedback signal continuously returns motor actual position and speed to form closed-loop control. When fault condition is triggered, hardware protection circuit cuts off power output immediately.

Installation Requirements: Install module on standard 35 mm DIN rail inside control cabinet. Reserve 50 mm vertical space above and below the module for heat dissipation. Separate power wiring and signal wiring into different cable channels. Use shielded twisted-pair cable for encoder feedback wiring. Tighten power terminal screws with specified torque. Cut off power supply before wiring or disassembly work.

Precautions for Use: Do not apply input voltage exceeding rated range. Wear anti-static wristband before touching internal circuit. Keep ventilation openings free of dust accumulation. Do not install in environment with oil mist or corrosive gas. Stop operation immediately when over-temperature alarm appears. Do not run module without connecting motor feedback cable.
