Working Principle: AC voltage and current sampling signals feed into the sampling circuit of 0P6257. The onboard microcontroller calculates actual output value and compares with setpoint. The board adjusts thyristor firing angle to regulate DC output voltage or current. When measured parameters exceed threshold values, protection logic triggers and blocks thyristor firing to stop power conversion. All fault events are recorded in non-volatile memory. Serial communication port transmits operating data and fault codes to upper monitoring system.
Installation Requirements:
- Insert control board into designated slot inside GUTOR rectifier cabinet
- Wear anti-static wristband during board replacement
- Check edge connector cleanliness before insertion
- Tighten terminal screws for external measurement signal wiring
- Ensure cabinet ventilation and temperature control
- Keep signal wiring separated from high-current power bus bars
Usage Notes:
- Backup configuration parameters before board replacement
- Perform rectifier calibration after installing new 0P6257 board
- Do not adjust internal potentiometers without professional calibration tools
- Disconnect all high-voltage power before removing the board
- Inspect conformal coating and connector gold plating during planned shutdown
- Review fault log to identify root cause when rectifier trips
