Honeywell 51305075-100

Product Introduction This high density analog input processor card is a multi-channel analog signal acquisition core card for Honeywell TDC3000 UCN I/O rack. Revision 100 is the stable baseline version. It receives standard 4-20mA current signals from field transmitters through matched FTA termination assemblies. It completes signal conditioning, filtering and analog-to-digital conversion, converts raw current signal into engineering value. It supports centralized collection of pressure, flow, level and density measurement signals for continuous process monitoring.

Material Composition PCB Substrate: High-TG flame-retardant FR-4 multi-layer glass fiber board, analog and digital circuit partition layout High-precision ADC analog-to-digital conversion chip Signal conditioning and current sampling components Channel group isolation optocoupler chips Gold-plated back edge fingers Gold-plated ribbon cable connector contacts Cold-rolled steel front panel with electrostatic spray coating

Structural Features Standard European pluggable card structure, installed in dedicated analog input slot of UCN I/O rack. Front panel is equipped with run indicator light, group fault indicator lights and general fault indicator light. Ribbon cable connector is arranged on the side panel for connection to matched analog FTA termination assemblies. Analog signal traces are surrounded by shielding copper layer to reduce crosstalk and interference. Each group of 4 channels adopts independent isolation barrier to prevent fault cross transmission.

Working Principle 4-20mA current signals from field transmitters transmit to the card through matched FTA and ribbon cable. The isolation circuit separates field loop and internal logic circuit. The sampling resistor converts current signal into voltage signal. The conditioning circuit filters high-frequency noise and stabilizes signal amplitude. The ADC chip converts analog voltage signal into digital value. The FPGA chip reads digital data, executes scaling calculation and converts raw data into engineering value. It sends measurement data and fault information to rack IOP processor through backplane bus. It records open circuit and over-range fault events with time stamp.

Installation Requirements Insert the card vertically into the dedicated analog input slot of UCN rack and tighten front panel fixing screws. Connect the card with matched analog FTA termination assembly using factory specified ribbon cable. Confirm ribbon cable pin definition and insertion direction before power supply switch-on. Download channel scaling, filter parameters and transmitter wiring mode from Control Builder software after power-on. Verify measurement accuracy and fault alarm function on the HPM diagnostic screen.

Precautions Release static electricity before plugging the card to protect high-precision ADC circuit. Do not connect high voltage AC signals to analog signal terminals. Analog signal wiring must be separated from high-power inverter and AC power cables. Loose ribbon cable connection causes signal fluctuation and intermittent measurement failure. Confirm transmitter load resistance matches module specification before commissioning.
