Structural Features Small rectangular plug-in module. Front flame signal LED and sensitivity potentiometer access hole. Bottom pins insert into the socket base. Socket base mounts directly on DIN rail.

Working Principle The connected flame detector signal enters the module input terminals. The high-gain amplifier scales the weak signal to relay trigger level. The flame stability filter checks that signal flicker falls within real combustion frequency range; valid flame signals trigger the output relay to close, sending flame present signal to the burner control system. On flame loss or internal circuit fault, the relay opens, triggering safety shutdown. The sensitivity potentiometer adjusts amplifier gain to match detector signal strength.

Installation Requirements Mount the socket base on the DIN rail. Wire detector, supply and burner control contacts to socket terminals. Plug the amplifier module into the socket. Adjust sensitivity during commissioning, confirm stable flame signal without ambient false triggers.

Usage Notes Module pins must be fully seated in the socket; loose pins cause intermittent flame signal. Never set sensitivity so high that ambient light triggers the relay. Never install the module near ignition transformers; EMI causes false flame signals. Replace the module immediately if the flame LED flickers without real flame, indicating amplifier degradation.
