ABB GHR9010100R0002

Product Brief: The GHR9010100R0002 is an industrial low-voltage NH (DIN) fuse holder (also called fuse base or fuse carrier) designed to accept NH00-size knife-blade fuses (gG general purpose or aM motor protection). It provides a safe, touch-proof enclosure for fuse replacement and forms part of motor control centers, distribution boards, and control-panel feeder protection.

    • Color: Gray (RAL 7035) or black
  • Functional Features:
    • Front-operated fuse withdrawal tool (NH fuse puller) — no live-part exposure when correctly installed
    • Clear fuse-size marking and pad for circuit labeling
    • Compatible with NH00 gG (general), aM (motor), and gR (semiconductor) fuses
    • Ventilation slots for heat dissipation
  • Application Scenarios:
    • Feeder protection in MCC (Motor Control Center) buckets
    • Control panel main / branch circuit short-circuit protection
    • UPS input/output isolation with fuse protection
    • Drive input-side short-circuit protection (upstream of VFD)
  • Material & Structure / Working Principle / Installation / Precautions:
    • Bolt NH00 fuse into holder jaws ensuring firm contact pressure; tighten terminal screws to torque spec (typically 5–7 N·m for M8)
    • Mount on DIN rail, connect line to top terminals, load to bottom (or per diagram)
    • Ensure PE (earth) is connected to panel / DIN rail
    • Precaution: Always de-energize both line and load sides before removing fuse; verify absence of voltage with tester. Use properly rated NH fuse — holder alone does NOT provide overcurrent protection. Do NOT exceed 100 A fuse rating in NH00 holder.
