Description
ABB GHR9010100R0002
- Technical Specifications:
- Fuse Size: NH00 (DIN 43620)
- Rated Current: 100 A (fuse-dependent; holder rated for 100 A continuous)
- Rated Voltage: 690 V AC / 440 V DC
- Short-Circuit Withstand: 50 kA (rms, 1 s) when used with correctly rated NH fuse
- Terminals: Copper, M8 screw clamp, accepts 10–35 mm² conductors
- Mounting: 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715) or panel mount (4 × M5 holes)
- Protection Degree: IP20 (finger-safe with fuse inserted; IP2X with cover)
- Operating Temp.: –25 °C to +70 °C
- Material: Housing polyamide PA66, UL 94 V-0; contacts tin-plated copper; spring steel pressure plates
- Color: Gray (RAL 7035) or black
- Functional Features:
- Front-operated fuse withdrawal tool (NH fuse puller) — no live-part exposure when correctly installed
- Clear fuse-size marking and pad for circuit labeling
- Compatible with NH00 gG (general), aM (motor), and gR (semiconductor) fuses
- Ventilation slots for heat dissipation
- Application Scenarios:
- Feeder protection in MCC (Motor Control Center) buckets
- Control panel main / branch circuit short-circuit protection
- UPS input/output isolation with fuse protection
- Drive input-side short-circuit protection (upstream of VFD)
- Material & Structure / Working Principle / Installation / Precautions:
- Bolt NH00 fuse into holder jaws ensuring firm contact pressure; tighten terminal screws to torque spec (typically 5–7 N·m for M8)
- Mount on DIN rail, connect line to top terminals, load to bottom (or per diagram)
- Ensure PE (earth) is connected to panel / DIN rail
- Precaution: Always de-energize both line and load sides before removing fuse; verify absence of voltage with tester. Use properly rated NH fuse — holder alone does NOT provide overcurrent protection. Do NOT exceed 100 A fuse rating in NH00 holder.
