Working Principle: Analog command signal ±5V from upper controller enters amplifier input terminal. The analog circuit compares command signal with feedback current of proportional valve solenoid. PWM power circuit generates regulated current output to drive valve solenoid. Adjustable ramp circuit limits current change rate to avoid hydraulic shock. Built-in current sampling circuit monitors solenoid current in real time and forms closed current loop. Protection circuit cuts off output when short circuit or overcurrent fault occurs.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount amplifier on standard DIN rail inside electrical control cabinet
- Separate low level analog signal wiring from high power hydraulic valve wiring
- Use shielded twisted pair cable for command signal input
- Ensure cabinet ventilation to avoid overheating
- Keep wiring length between amplifier and proportional valve as short as possible
- Connect amplifier power ground reliably
Usage Notes:
- Adjust gain and offset potentiometer during commissioning to match valve characteristic
- Do not exceed maximum peak output current rating
- Avoid conductive dust accumulation inside plastic housing
- Disconnect 24 VDC power before opening housing or adjusting potentiometers
- Prevent oil contamination from entering amplifier enclosure
- Verify solenoid coil resistance matches amplifier output specification
