Structural Characteristics
- Integrated modular fan assembly matching CCC rack slot dimension.
- Axial fan blade mounted on brushless DC motor.
- Rear monitoring PCB collects fan speed signal and generates fault alarm signal.
- Standard mounting holes for fast installation inside rack.
- Airflow direction is designed to pass through heat generating electronic modules.
Working Principle When 24VDC power supplies the fan motor, brushless motor drives fan blade rotation to generate continuous airflow through rack modules. Tachometer sensor detects real-time rotation speed and sends speed feedback signal to CCC control system. When fan blade is blocked or motor fails, speed feedback signal deviates from normal range. The monitoring circuit triggers fan fault alarm and sends fault signal to compressor controller.
Installation Requirements
- Install FAN-10-2 assembly into designated fan slot of CCC rack.
- Confirm airflow direction matches rack thermal design requirement.
- Use correct wire gauge for 24VDC power wiring.
- Complete protective earth connection for fan frame.
- Verify speed feedback signal wiring to controller.
- Perform fan operation test after installation.
- Clear air inlet and outlet from dust obstruction.
Usage Notes
- Cut off power supply before removing fan assembly.
- Keep air inlet and outlet free of dust accumulation.
- Check fan vibration and noise periodically during long term operation.
- Replace fan assembly immediately when speed fault alarm appears.
- Do not block fan airflow during system operation.
- Avoid exposing fan assembly to oil mist and corrosive gas.
