Working Principle: Module receives on-off control commands from Ovation controller via backplane bus. Internal drive circuit switches each output channel to 24VDC or off state. Diagnostic circuit monitors output load status continuously. When short circuit or open load occurs, module triggers fault alarm and protects channel circuit.
Installation Requirements: Install into Ovation I/O rack. Connect field solenoid valves and relays to terminal block. Tighten terminal screws to specified torque. Ensure cabinet grounding is reliable.
Usage Notes: For inductive loads such as solenoid valves, install surge absorption components at field side. Do not exceed rated current of each output channel. Test each channel function after installation and overhaul.
