Working Principle:
The card receives 4–20 mA current loop signals from field transmitters. Each channel converts the analog current into a digital value through precision analog-to-digital conversion circuitry. The HART modem superimposes digital communication on the same 4–20 mA wiring, allowing simultaneous analog measurement and digital data exchange with smart instruments.
