Structural Features Standard plug-in rack module dimension compatible with Safety Manager rack. Front panel equipped with power, fault and redundancy LED indicators. Side anti-reverse insertion key notch. Rear gold finger connector mates with rack power backplane. Internal layout separates high voltage input circuit zone and low voltage output circuit zone. Passive air cooling channel for heat dissipation. Locking buckle fixes module to resist cabinet vibration.
Working Principle AC input signal passes EMI filter and rectifier bridge to convert into high voltage DC. PWM switching circuit converts high voltage DC into isolated stable 24VDC output. Feedback sampling circuit dynamically adjusts PWM signal to maintain constant output voltage. The built-in monitoring circuit tracks voltage, current and temperature signals. When fault condition triggers protection threshold, the module cuts off output and sends fault alarm to SIS controller. Redundant modules share load evenly and take over full load if one unit fails.
Installation Requirements Cut off rack main power before inserting module. Align anti-misalignment notch and insert into empty rack slot, lock buckle. Connect AC input cable to front panel terminal block. Configure redundant power group in Safety Manager engineering software. Power on rack and verify LED status and output voltage value. Separate AC power wiring from analog signal wiring. Keep air circulation space around module.
Usage Notes This standard version cannot be used in offshore, salt fog or corrosive gas environment. Redundant pair must use FC-PSU-UNI2450 same model modules. Static protection must be applied during replacement. Do not exceed rated 450W output power. Do not apply AC voltage to 24VDC output terminals. Keep cabinet clean and dry to avoid PCB corrosion.
