Description
HONEYWELL 51301583-100
Technical Specifications Built-in industrial grade rechargeable battery; Low battery voltage detection circuit; Battery charge management circuit; Rack slot mounting; Low battery alarm dry contact output.
Functional Features Supply standby power for controller memory during main power loss; Keep configuration parameters and event log intact; Automatically charge battery when rack main power is normal; Detect battery voltage continuously; Trigger low battery alarm to DCS system when battery capacity drops below threshold; Protect over discharge of battery.
Application Scenarios Petrochemical TDC3000 controller rack; Critical control station requiring parameter retention after power loss; Turbine and reactor control system.
Performance Parameters Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃; Humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; Long battery standby time; Stable charge and discharge cycle performance.
Material Composition FR-4 printed circuit board; Industrial rechargeable battery pack; Charge management chip; Voltage monitoring circuit; Flame retardant plastic housing.
Structural Features Small rack plug-in module; Front panel with battery status LED indicator; Rack fixing buckle; Anti-reverse insertion notch; Model marking printed on housing.
Working Principle When rack main power supply is normal, the module automatically charges built-in battery. Once main power cuts off, battery immediately outputs power to maintain controller memory. Voltage monitoring circuit detects battery real-time voltage. When voltage falls below preset threshold, low battery alarm signal is sent to DCS system to remind maintenance replacement.
Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wrist strap during installation; Insert module into designated rack slot; Tighten fixing buckle; Ensure rack main power supply is normal after installation; Verify battery alarm function after installation.
Precautions for Use Replace module when low battery alarm appears; Do not disassemble battery pack on site; Avoid high temperature environment for module; Do not short circuit battery terminals; Check battery status periodically in maintenance cycle.
