Functional Features It executes complete automatic burner startup sequence with pre-purge. It continuously monitors flame signal during burner running state. It triggers immediate safety shutdown and closes fuel valve when flame loss occurs. It provides five LED indicators to display each running sequence stage. It supports Run/Test switch for on-site sequence test without fuel supply. It stores first-out fault code for fast failure diagnosis. It supports communication with remote display module and PC configuration software. It has built-in watchdog circuit to prevent abnormal logic runaway.
Application Scenarios Industrial gas boiler burner safety sequence control Process heater oil and gas burner management Thermal oil furnace combustion safety control Paint oven and drying furnace burner control Packaging industry hot air furnace burner system 7800 series burner control spare module replacement

Material Composition ABS flame retardant plastic housing Main control microprocessor chip Flame signal sampling circuit Power relay array for fuel valve and ignition transformer Watchdog safety circuit SMT power supply and signal conditioning PCB Five sequence status LED indicators Metal contact pins for subbase connection Silicone rubber sealing gasket for dust protection
Structural Features Rectangular plug-in module structure matched to Q7800 series subbase. Top side carries Run/Test switch and sequence LED indicators. Bottom side metal contact pins mate with subbase wiring terminals. Internal circuit separates low voltage flame signal zone and high voltage power relay zone. Relay cavity is isolated to avoid electromagnetic interference to flame weak signal. Anti-key notch prevents reverse insertion into subbase socket.
Working Principle After receiving burner start permission signal, the module starts pre-purge timing cycle to discharge residual combustible gas inside combustion chamber. After pre-purge completion, it activates ignition transformer and opens pilot fuel valve for ignition trial. Flame amplifier feeds flame signal back to control module. If valid flame signal is detected within trial time, the module opens main fuel valve and enters normal running state. If flame signal is lost or no flame established during trial, the module cuts off all fuel output and locks into safety shutdown state with fault code indication.
Installation Requirements Install matched Q7800A or Q7800B subbase inside burner control cabinet. Wire fuel valve, ignition transformer, flame amplifier and limit interlock signal to subbase terminals. Insert RM7895C1012 module into subbase socket and lock. Configure pre-purge time and flame failure response time by purge timer card. Power on the control circuit and test sequence with Run/Test switch without fuel supply. Verify interlock shutdown function before putting burner into service.
Usage Notes All wiring and commissioning must follow NFPA 86 burner safety standard. Ground the subbase with low impedance earth wire to meet safety requirement. Do not use this module without matched flame amplifier and purge timer card. Check flame signal strength regularly during burner operation. Lock out fuel supply before performing Run/Test sequence test. Replace module immediately when internal safety relay fault is detected.
