HONEYWELL 80363975-150

Product Introduction: This card belongs to TDC3000 system I/O submodule. It collects 24VDC discrete switch signals from field equipment, converts dry contact and active 24VDC on-off state into digital data, transmits to controller via rack backplane bus. It adopts opto-electrical isolation to eliminate ground loop interference and carries hardware de-bounce function for contact signal.

HONEYWELL 80363975-150

Technical Specifications Backplane bus power supply; Multi-channel 24VDC digital input; Opto-electrical isolation per channel; Hardware contact de-bounce filter circuit; On-board channel fault detection; Compatible with TDC3000 I/O rack.

Functional Features Collect running status, fault feedback and limit switch signal of pumps, fans and valves; Isolate field side and control side electrically to cut ground loop interference; Hardware filter eliminates contact jitter and prevents false trigger; Single channel fault will not affect other channels; Hardware self-diagnosis upload channel failure to controller.

Application Scenarios Refinery, chemical TDC3000 I/O cabinet; Switch signal collection for interlock logic; Valve limit position and motor running status feedback acquisition.

Performance Parameters Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃; Humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; Channel isolation voltage meets industrial standard; Meet IEC industrial EMC requirement.

Material Composition FR-4 multilayer printed circuit board; Gold-plated backplane gold finger; Opto-coupler isolation chips; Filter resistors and capacitors; Surge protection components; Anti-static plastic panel.

Structural Features Rack plug-in card structure; Front panel with multi-channel LED status indicators; Rear gold fingers connect rack backplane bus; Anti-reverse insertion positioning notch; Model and version printed on panel.

Working Principle Field 24VDC switch signal enters the card through terminal base. The opto-coupler realizes electrical isolation between field circuit and control circuit. Hardware de-bounce circuit filters contact bounce interference. The card converts on-off status into digital value and uploads to controller via backplane bus. It monitors loop condition continuously and reports open circuit or overvoltage fault.

Installation Requirements Wear anti-static wrist strap during disassembly and assembly; Insert card vertically into rack slot and lock fixing screw; Cabinet protective ground must be complete; Separate signal cable and power cable; Verify hardware version compatibility with controller firmware.

Precautions for Use Prohibit hot swapping of module; Never connect high voltage AC signal to input channel; Check field contact and external wiring when channel fault alarm appears; Inspect terminal screw tightness periodically.
