Description
HONEYWELL 51199569-400
Technical Specifications AC input range 85VAC to 265VAC; Input frequency 47Hz to 63Hz; Output stable DC voltage for rack backplane; Built-in full protection circuit including overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit; Support redundant parallel operation; Power status dry contact alarm output.
Functional Features Convert alternating current input to regulated DC power for rack backplane; Realize non-disturbance automatic switch between redundant power modules; Absorb surge spike from power grid; Cut off output immediately once fault occurs to protect rack I/O and controller cards; Output power status signal to DCS alarm system; Support hot replacement of faulty power module without rack shutdown.
Application Scenarios Chemical, oil & gas TDC3000 control cabinet; Redundant power supply configuration for main control rack; Critical continuous production control station requiring uninterrupted power supply.
Performance Parameters Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃; Humidity 5% to 95%, non-condensing; High power conversion efficiency; Comply with industrial power EMC standards.
Material Composition Metal aluminum alloy housing for heat dissipation; FR-4 high-power printed circuit board; Power switching semiconductor devices; Filter inductors and capacitors; Flame retardant insulating components.
Structural Features Metal enclosed rack mounted power module; Front panel with power running and fault LED indicators; AC input and DC output terminal blocks on housing; Rack mounting fixing holes; Heat dissipation slots on housing surface.
Working Principle AC power enters the module input terminal, passes rectification and power conversion circuit to generate stable DC power for rack backplane. When configured in redundant pair, two power modules supply load in parallel. If one power module fails, the other unit takes full load instantly without power interruption. Protection circuit will shut down output when overvoltage, overcurrent or short circuit detected, and activate fault indicator and alarm contact.
Installation Requirements Mount module firmly on rack and reserve enough ventilation space; Fasten all wiring terminals with specified torque; Connect protective ground wire to module housing ground terminal; Keep ventilation slots unblocked; Match redundant power pair with same hardware version.
Precautions for Use Do not block heat dissipation slots; Do not open metal housing for maintenance on site; Replace whole module directly when power fault alarm triggers; Check input AC voltage before power on; Prevent dust accumulation inside housing
