Working Principle
The S61400 receives 3-phase AC input power, converts it to DC bus voltage through internal rectification, and drives the brushless servo motor through its IGBT power stage. The digital signal processor executes cascaded current, velocity, and position control loops with state vector modulation for maximum power efficiency. The integrated position controller can store and execute up to 255 motion tasks autonomously. Multiple feedback types are supported, and the expansion card slot allows adding PROFIBUS, SERCOS, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, or SynqNet communication.
