Power terminal and signal terminal arranged separately on bottom side of drive housing. Mounting holes for screw fixing or DIN rail clip integrated on housing back side.
Working Principle: After AC power supply is connected, internal power circuit converts AC input to DC bus voltage for IGBT power stage. DSP processor receives position or speed command from upper motion controller, reads real-time motor rotor position signal from encoder, runs closed-loop control algorithm, and outputs PWM signal to IGBT power module. IGBT converts DC bus voltage into variable frequency and variable amplitude AC power to drive servo motor. The drive continuously monitors bus voltage, output current and internal temperature. When parameter exceeds threshold value, protection circuit cuts off power output and stores fault information.
Installation Requirements: Mount drive unit on vertical cabinet panel or DIN rail with proper fixing fasteners. Separate high voltage power wiring and low voltage signal wiring in different cable ducts. Connect protective earth ground terminal to cabinet earth point reliably. Leave sufficient air gap around drive unit for heat sink ventilation. Complete motor parameter identification and control parameter setting before commissioning. Check encoder wiring shielding connection to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Usage Notes: Cut off input AC power and wait for DC bus discharge before opening housing or wiring. Backup drive parameters before parameter modification or firmware upgrade. Do not operate drive unit without motor connected during commissioning test. Regularly inspect heat sink dust accumulation and terminal wiring tightness. Use shielded cable for encoder signal wiring. Do not remove protective cover when power is connected. Do not operate beyond rated input voltage and temperature range.
