Performance Parameters: Stable 24VDC output voltage under full rated load condition. Low output ripple and noise for sensitive automation electronic devices. Automatic restart after short circuit fault elimination. Continuous stable output operation within rated temperature range. High immunity against input voltage fluctuation and mains surge.
Material Composition: Main PCB: Multi-layer FR4 glass fiber epoxy printed circuit board. Core components: High frequency switching MOSFET, rectifier diode, transformer, electrolytic capacitor, voltage feedback control IC, protection circuit chip. Enclosure: Grey flame retardant polycarbonate plastic DIN rail housing. Terminal blocks: PA66 flame retardant plastic screw terminals with tinned copper contacts.
Structural Features: Narrow rectangular DIN rail snap housing structure. Front panel equipped with multi-color LED indicators for power and fault state. Top and bottom side screw terminal blocks for AC mains input and 24VDC DC output wiring. Internal circuit partitioned into input EMI filter zone, high frequency transformation zone, output rectification and feedback control zone. Internal heat dissipation air channels for natural convection cooling.
Working Principle: AC mains voltage enters power module through input terminal block and passes through EMI filter circuit to suppress mains noise. Rectifier circuit converts alternating current into direct current, high frequency switching circuit and transformer step down voltage. Output rectifier and filter circuit generate stable 24VDC low ripple DC voltage. Feedback control circuit continuously monitors output voltage and adjusts switching duty cycle to maintain constant output voltage. When overload, short circuit, overvoltage or over temperature condition occurs, protection circuit triggers and shuts down output power. After fault is removed, power supply automatically recovers output.
Installation Requirements: Cut off AC mains power supply before installation and wiring. Snap PCU10.24 module onto standard 35mm DIN rail inside electrical cabinet. Connect AC input wiring to input terminal block and 24VDC output wiring to output terminals. Check wiring tightness and insulation condition before power energization. Connect protective earth terminal to cabinet grounding busbar. Reserve vertical air clearance above and below module for natural heat dissipation. Separate low voltage DC output cables from high voltage AC input wiring.
Usage Notes: Do not exceed rated 10A output current to avoid overload protection triggering. Check input AC voltage range before powering on. Regularly inspect terminal screw tightness to prevent loose wiring heating. Do not operate module outside rated temperature range. Prevent conductive dust accumulation inside housing and terminal area. Do not connect AC mains to DC output terminals.
