Application Scenarios: Small labeling machine servo axis Electronic assembly machine positioning drive Light-duty pick and place manipulator axis Small packaging sliding table control Small rotary indexing table servo drive

Performance Parameters: Output frequency range:0Hz–600Hz Overload capacity:150% rated current for 60 continuous seconds Speed control accuracy ±0.01% under CFC closed-loop mode Adjustable independent acceleration and deceleration ramps Torque limit and pure torque control mode High-precision encoder signal processing

Material Composition: Cold rolled steel sheet housing with powder coating anti-corrosion treatment Multi-layer industrial PCB pluggable control card IGBT inverter power module NTC temperature monitoring sensor Gold-plated signal terminals, copper power terminals Flame-retardant plastic insulating brackets High-voltage DC bus electrolytic capacitors

Structural Characteristics: Vertical compact modular cabinet mounting structure, DIN rail buckles and screw holes on rear Pluggable control card mounted on front panel Front LED indicators for running, fault and bus communication state Upper main circuit power terminals, lower control signal terminals Side expansion slots reserved for communication option cards Power cavity and signal cavity separated to reduce electromagnetic interference

Working Principle: Three-phase AC power enters power unit and is converted to DC bus voltage by rectifier bridge. IGBT module outputs adjustable three-phase AC to drive small synchronous servo motor. Encoder collects rotor speed and position signal and feeds back to front pluggable control card. CFC closed-loop vector algorithm dynamically adjusts output voltage and frequency to realize high precision closed-loop motion control. Regenerative energy generated in deceleration flows through built-in brake chopper and dissipates on external brake resistor. Fault condition triggers hardware protection and records fault data in control card.

Installation Requirements: Vertical upright installation inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted or horizontal installation forbidden Reserve upper and lower ventilation clearance without blocking heat dissipation channel Separate routing for power cables and signal cables, signal cables use shielded cables Input three-phase voltage must match nameplate rating Installation environment excludes dust, corrosive gas and condensed water PE protective earth terminal fastened reliably Encoder cable uses SEW dedicated shielded cable

Precautions for Use: Wait at least 10 minutes after power-off for DC bus capacitor discharge before opening cover or removing control card Verify input voltage before power-on Complete full motor identification during commissioning Capacitors and surge absorbers cannot be paralleled at output terminals Clean heat sink dust regularly ESD anti-static protection required when plugging control card and communication cards External brake resistor must match specification, brake terminal short-circuit prohibited STO safety wiring strictly follows safety manual
