Working Principle: MOVIDRIVE servo inverter outputs three-phase sinusoidal current to the stator winding. Alternating magnetic field generated by stator interacts with permanent magnet on rotor to produce electromagnetic torque and drive motor rotation. RH1M incremental encoder collects rotor speed and relative position information, converts physical rotation into pulse signals and transmits feedback data back to servo drive. TF thermal contact detects real-time winding temperature, outputs switching alarm signal once temperature exceeds preset threshold. KK connector transmits power supply and feedback signals between motor and servo drive.
Installation Requirements: Rigidly fasten motor flange onto mechanical equipment frame Ensure high coaxiality between motor shaft and driven load to eliminate radial and axial offset Installation environment must avoid continuous liquid splash, heavy dust and corrosive gas Use SEW designated shielded power cable and shielded encoder cable Lock KK quick connector completely after cable connection
