Working Principle
- After power-on self-diagnosis completes, the main core processor loads generator control logic program stored in SSD
- Receive analog signal data collected by CMA series terminal boards through DCS backplane bus, carry out filtering, compensation and engineering value conversion calculation
- Execute generator closed-loop control and protection interlock logic, output control instructions to field actuator terminal boards
- Transmit real-time unit operating data to upper DCS operator station through dual redundant Gigabit Ethernet network
- Continuously monitor the operating state of hardware components; once main core fails, automatically switch to standby core within 10ms to maintain continuous control
