Working Principle

  1. Three-phase voltage and current signals from power distribution cabinet access the internal isolation sampling circuit through wiring terminals
  2. Dedicated metering chip synchronously samples voltage and current waveforms, calculate power, power factor, frequency and other electrical parameters
  3. Convert measurement data into standard 4–20mA analog signals or digital bus signals to transmit to DCS system
  4. Compare real-time electrical parameters with user-set upper/lower limit thresholds, trigger alarm output once exceeding the limit
  5. Real-time detect abnormal sampling signals such as CT open circuit, PT voltage loss, light fault LED and upload fault information

 

Installation Requirements

  1. Install on standard 35mm DIN rail inside closed power distribution cabinet, protection grade ≥IP30
  2. Current transformer secondary wiring strictly prohibit open circuit during operation, wiring completed before power-on
  3. Three-phase voltage and current signal wiring use shielded wire, single-point shielding grounding
  4. Installed position away from high-current contactors and frequency converters, maintain more than 0.8m distance
  5. 24VDC auxiliary power supply independent fuse protection, rated fuse current 0.3A

Usage Precautions

  1. CT secondary wiring must connect short-circuit grounding terminal before disassembly to prevent high-voltage open circuit danger
  2. Do not connect AC high voltage exceeding 600VAC to voltage sampling terminals to avoid internal chip breakdown
  3. Regularly check wiring terminal screw tightness to prevent heating caused by loose contact
  4. When harmonic distortion rate of power grid exceeds 30%, increase signal filtering parameters through DCS configuration software
  5. Do not install in environment with conductive dust such as metal powder to avoid internal circuit short circuit
