Working Principle:
The module receives analog current signals (4-20 mA) from field sensors or controllers. The internal circuitry processes this signal and drives the internal relay mechanism. When the threshold is met, the relay contacts close or open, thereby switching the 24 VDC output to control external actuators, valves, or motors.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount securely on a standard DIN rail or flat panel using appropriate hardware.
- Ensure adequate ventilation to maintain operating temperatures below the 85°C maximum limit.
- Connect Modbus TCP cables using shielded twisted-pair wiring to prevent communication interference.
Usage Precautions:
- Verify the 24 VDC power supply polarity before energizing the module.
- Do not exceed the 10A maximum output current rating to prevent relay contact welding.
- Ensure proper grounding of the shielded communication cables to maintain Modbus TCP signal integrity.
