Same principles as S800 AI835 described earlier — key differences:
- Uses TA567 analog terminal block (screw terminals + shunt jumpers mA/V) — jumper set to “mA” for 4–20 mA, “V” for voltage
- CJC sensor located on TA567 (not on module) — ensure TA567 is correct type (with CJC) for TC apps
- Configured in Advant Engineering Workbench (for AC 450) or Control Builder M (for AC 800M + CI520A) — assign module type NTAI05 → set ch params → download
- Wire & commission per AI835 guidelines (TC polarity, RTD 3-wire, mA shunt jumper, open-sensor burnout dir)
- Precaution (S100 specific): S100 bus must be terminated (95 Ω at last node via NPCT-01C or SPU01 jumper). Verify SPU01 (NPOW-62C) sized for ∑ module currents. TA567 CJC version must match — if using TC, order TA567 with CJC (not plain V/mA TB).
