  • Weight: Lightweight design at approximately 0.5 kg.
  • Protection: IP20 rated enclosure suitable for standard control panel environments.

Working Principle:
The module continuously samples the incoming 4-20 mA or 1-5 V signals. Internal analog-to-digital converters transform these continuous voltages/currents into precise digital values, which are then scaled and transmitted to the controller over the system bus.

Installation Requirements:

  • Mount securely on the DIN rail within the control cabinet.
  • Use shielded twisted-pair cables for all analog field connections to prevent signal degradation.
  • Ground the cable shield at the module end only to avoid ground loops.

Usage Precautions:

  • Ensure the connected field devices operate strictly within the 4-20 mA or 1-5 V range.
  • Avoid routing analog signal cables parallel to high-voltage power cables.
