Working Principle:
The module continuously samples the incoming 4-20 mA or 1-5 V signals. Internal analog-to-digital converters transform these continuous voltages/currents into precise digital values, which are then scaled and transmitted to the controller over the system bus.
Installation Requirements:
- Mount securely on the DIN rail within the control cabinet.
- Use shielded twisted-pair cables for all analog field connections to prevent signal degradation.
- Ground the cable shield at the module end only to avoid ground loops.
