Material Composition
The sensor housing is constructed from stainless steel with IP67 equivalent protection. Internal components utilize high-temperature insulation materials and special coatings to prevent performance degradation.
Structural Characteristics
Features a robust, sealed design capable of withstanding 20g vibration shock. The internal primary and secondary coil structure ensures precise electromagnetic coupling.
Working Principle
An AC excitation signal drives the primary coil. As the internal ferromagnetic core moves, it alters the magnetic coupling to the secondary coils. The resulting differential voltage is directly proportional to the core’s absolute position.
Installation Requirements
Securely mount using the M16 thread. Ensure the core moves freely within the tube without mechanical binding. Provide clean, stable AC excitation and proper shielding for the output signal.
Usage Precautions
Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature. Ensure the excitation frequency and voltage match the sensor’s specifications to prevent overheating or signal distortion.
