Structural Characteristics: Armored coaxial cable with a triaxial structure. The stainless steel braided armor layer provides mechanical protection, while the ClickLoc connectors ensure reliable connections. Working Principle: Same as the standard extension cable. The armored structure does not affect electrical performance; it only provides additional mechanical protection for the signal transmission conductors. The probe high-frequency signal is transmitted through the triaxial coaxial structure to the Proximitor for signal processing.
Installation Requirements:
- Ensure the total length of the probe cable plus the extension cable strictly equals 5.0 meters or 9.0 meters
- Cable routing must maintain at least 30cm clearance from high-voltage power cables
- Maintain a minimum bend radius of 25.4mm
- ClickLoc connectors are hand-tightened; do not use tools
- The shielding layer must be grounded at a single point on the Proximitor end
- The armored cable is heavier and less flexible; plan the routing path in advance
Usage Notes:
- The “01” code indicates an armored cable, suitable for environments with mechanical damage risk
- Inspect the condition of the armor layer at each maintenance interval
- Do not substitute standard cables in areas where armored cables are specified
- After installation in high-vibration areas, verify connector tightness
- Pay attention to the minimum bend radius when bending the armored cable
- Avoid contact between the armor layer and sharp objects
