Working Principle: X20 controller sends digital output commands to X20DOF322 module through X2X Link bus. The module controls semiconductor switching components to output 24VDC power to field actuators. Per-channel protection circuit monitors output current continuously and cuts off channel power once overload or short circuit occurs. Diagnostic circuit reports fault information back to X20 controller.
Installation Requirements: Mount module on X20 bus base module. Field actuator wiring uses twisted cable. Separate output power wiring and low voltage signal wiring. Install inside IP20 control cabinet. Tighten all terminal screws to specified torque.
