Description
DUPLOMATIC DDC4-10-40020
Technical Specifications 24 V DC power supply; configurable analogue command input ±10 V or 4-20 mA; valve solenoid drive current rated 10 A; internal signal conditioning and D/A conversion; built-in LVDT feedback processing for spool position; front panel status LEDs; parameter setting via service software; operating temperature -20 °C to +60 °C.
Functional Features Digital closed-loop spool position control; adjustable ramp rate for command signals; valve dither frequency and amplitude configuration; fault detection for feedback sensor loss and solenoid open circuit; analogue monitor output for valve drive current; enable/disable digital input for safety interlock.
Application Scenarios Metal forming hydraulic presses, plastic injection molding hydraulic actuators, material test machines, steel mill hydraulic positioning systems, mobile machinery proportional hydraulic control.
Material Composition Aluminium alloy extrusion housing for heat dissipation; FR4 digital control and power drive PCB; power MOSFET drive stages; surge suppression components; screw terminal blocks for power, command and valve wiring.
Structural Characteristics Compact DIN rail mounting module; front panel with status LEDs and service connector; terminal blocks arranged on one side for hydraulic valve and control signal wiring; aluminium housing provides heat dissipation and electromagnetic shielding.
Working Principle The amplifier reads external command signals and spool position feedback from the valve LVDT sensor. The digital controller calculates drive current to the proportional solenoid to minimise position error. Dither signal superimposition reduces valve spool static friction. Fault detection circuits flag sensor disconnection or solenoid circuit failure.
Installation Requirements Mount the module on DIN rail inside a hydraulic control cabinet; route valve feedback cable in shielded twisted pair; separate power wiring from low-level command signal cables; download valve-specific parameter set from Duplomatic software before commissioning.
Operation Notes Confirm valve coil resistance before powering the amplifier; set current limit parameters to match the proportional valve rating; disable the enable input before hydraulic system maintenance; avoid mounting near hydraulic pumps generating heavy vibration.
