Installation Requirements Align the terminal base connector with the front connector of I/O module and fasten mechanical buckle. Strip wire insulation to specified length and tighten terminal screws with standard torque. Route field shielded cables with single-point grounding at cabinet side. Keep wiring tidy and avoid cable tension on terminals.
Precautions for Use Disconnect field instrument power before wiring operation. Do not over-tighten terminal screws to avoid thread damage. Inspect terminal screw tightness periodically. Prevent metal debris falling into terminal assembly. Do not apply voltage exceeding rated value to terminals.
