Functional Features: Multi-channel signal wiring terminals. Built-in transient voltage suppression components. EMI filtering circuit reduces external electromagnetic interference. LED power indicator. Support matched I/O card hot swap. Reserved test points for field signal inspection. DIN rail quick installation.
Application Scenarios: Thermal power plant control system, chemical process control, pulp and paper factory automation, waterworks DCS control, cement production process monitoring.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance <10mΩ. Vibration resistance: 10~150Hz,0.5g. Shock resistance:10g,11ms. MTBF:205000 hours.
Material Composition: Shell: UL94-V0 flame retardant plastic. Terminals: nickel-plated brass. PCB: FR4 glass epoxy board. Internal protection components sealed by epoxy resin. Fastening clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail buckle installation. Front panel has screw terminals and channel label area. Top card slot for plugging I/O card. Positioning buckle prevents mismatched card insertion. Dust-proof groove on shell surface.
Working Principle: Field instrument signals are connected to screw terminals. The signals go through built-in filter and surge protection circuit, then transmit to the I/O card installed on the base. The I/O card converts analog or digital signals into digital data and transmits to Ovation controller. The terminal base distributes power supply for field signal loop.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail. Keep 20mm vertical ventilation space. Separate signal cable and power cable in different cable ducts. Terminal screw torque is 0.6~0.8N·m. Complete wiring before power on.
Precautions for Use: Forbid use in environment with corrosive gas. Static protection wristband is required when maintaining. Regularly check terminal screw tightness. Disconnect field cables before removing the terminal base.
