Working Principle: Ovation controller sends digital output command to digital output card. The card controls the circuit on terminal base. The terminal base outputs switch signal to drive field actuators. The isolation circuit separates high energy field load circuit and low voltage control circuit.
Installation Requirements: Install on 35mm DIN rail. Reserve 25mm heat dissipation space. Field load cable and control signal cable separate wiring. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8N·m. Cut off power before wiring operation.
Precautions for Use: Do not exceed rated load current of each channel. Wear anti-static wristband when touching circuit. Check terminal tightness regularly. Stop using when shell appears burning trace.
