Working Principle: Field instrument signals enter through screw terminals. Signals pass through built-in protection and filtering circuits, then transmit to the I/O card on the base. The I/O card completes signal conversion and uploads digital data to Ovation controller. The terminal unit distributes 24V DC power to field signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail. Keep 20mm vertical ventilation space. Separate signal cable and high voltage power cable routing. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8 N·m. Cut off power supply before wiring.
Precautions for Use: Do not install in corrosive gas environment. Wear anti-static wristband when touching circuit parts. Inspect terminal tightness regularly. Disconnect all field cables before removing the terminal unit.
