Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail snap buckle installation. Front panel is equipped with screw terminals and channel marking area. Top card socket is reserved for I/O card plugging. Working Principle: Field sensor and actuator signals connect to front wiring terminals. Signals go through built-in surge protection circuit and EMI filter circuit, then transfer to I/O card mounted on the top socket. The I/O card converts analog or digital signals into digital data and transmits data to Ovation controller. The terminal unit distributes 24V DC power supply for field signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail inside control cabinet. Reserve 20mm vertical ventilation space. Route field instrument cables and high voltage power cables separately. Terminal screw tightening torque ranges from 0.6 N·m to 0.8 N·m. Complete power-off operation before wiring work.
Precautions for Use: Do not install in environments with corrosive vapor, conductive dust or heavy oil mist. Anti-static wristband must be worn when maintaining internal circuits. Check terminal screw tightness periodically. Disconnect all field wiring before removing the terminal unit from DIN rail.
