Description
Emerson 5X00226G03
Technical Specifications: Nominal power supply: 24 VDC Isolation rating: 1500 VAC Operating temperature: 0 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ Storage temperature: -40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ Humidity: 5% ~ 95% non-condensing
Functional Features: Screw wiring terminals for field cables. Built-in transient voltage protection components. EMI filter circuit suppresses external interference. LED power working indicator. Support hot swap of matched I/O modules. Reserved test points for on-site signal inspection. DIN rail installation.
Application Scenarios: Thermal power plant DCS control, chemical batch process control, waterworks automatic monitoring, cement production line control, paper mill process parameter collection.
Performance Parameters: Terminal contact resistance less than 10 milliohm Vibration resistance: 10 Hz ~150 Hz, 0.5g Shock resistance:10g peak,11ms MTBF: 210000 hours
Material Composition: Shell: UL94-V0 flame retardant thermoplastic. Terminals: nickel-plated brass. PCB: FR4 epoxy glass fiber substrate. Internal electronic components with epoxy encapsulation. Mounting clip: stainless steel.
Structural Features: 35mm DIN rail buckle installation. Front panel with screw terminals and channel marking area. Top card slot for I/O card insertion. Positioning buckle prevents wrong card installation. Ventilation grooves on housing.
Working Principle: Field sensor and actuator signals connect to front terminals. Signals go through surge protection and filter circuits, then transmit to I/O card on the base. I/O card converts analog or digital signals into digital data and transmits to Ovation controller. The terminal base distributes DC power for signal loops.
Installation Requirements: Install on standard 35mm DIN rail. Reserve 25mm vertical heat dissipation clearance. Route signal cable and power cable separately. Terminal screw torque 0.6~0.8 N·m. Power off before wiring operation.
Precautions for Use: Forbid installation in environment with corrosive gas and conductive dust. Static protection required for maintenance. Regularly check terminal screw tightness. Stop using when shell shows burn marks.
