Material Composition Main circuit board uses flame-retardant glass fiber epoxy PCB substrate. High precision ADC chips, signal conditioning resistors and capacitors are soldered on PCB. Backplane connectors adopt gold-plated contact pins to achieve low contact resistance and anti-oxidation performance. Terminal blocks use corrosion-resistant copper alloy with insulating flame-retardant plastic housing. Structural front panel uses high strength flame-retardant plastic.

Working Principle Field analog signals enter the module through front terminal blocks. Signals go through filtering, surge protection and signal conditioning circuits. Analog signals are converted into digital data by high-resolution ADC chips. Digital data is sent to Ovation controller via rack backplane bus. The module continuously samples each input channel and uploads fault diagnostic messages to Ovation operator station once abnormal loop conditions are identified.
Installation Requirements Insert the module into the designated slot of Ovation rack and lock the mechanical buckle. Field signal cables adopt shielded twisted pair cables. Separate analog signal cables and high-voltage power cables in different cable trays. Ensure cabinet protective grounding connects firmly to the grounding bus bar. Reserve enough ventilation space around the module to maintain normal heat dissipation.
Use Precautions Confirm signal wiring definition before powering on the module. Do not input voltage or current exceeding the rated range into analog input terminals. Inspect terminal blocks regularly for dust accumulation and corrosion. Keep module ventilation openings clean and unobstructed. Do not disassemble the sealed module housing.
