Functional Features Provides reliable connection interface between field cables and rack internal modules. Screw-type terminals realize firm cable fixing. Terminal marking labels identify each signal channel clearly. Separated terminal areas for sensor signals, relay circuits and power wiring. Supports convenient cable maintenance and point-to-point testing. Insulation barrier separates different signal groups.
Application Scenarios Installed at front or side of A6000 machinery protection racks in power and petrochemical plants. Connects eddy current probes, speed sensors, trip relay circuits and power cables.
Performance Parameters
- Low contact resistance after cable tightening
- Anti-loosening screw design for vibration environment
- High insulation resistance between different terminals
- Long service life under industrial environment
Material Composition Terminal conductive parts use corrosion-resistant copper alloy. Insulation base adopts flame-retardant plastic. Stainless steel terminal screws prevent rust. Printed marking labels with wear-resistant coating.
Structural Characteristics Modular terminal strip assembly. Each terminal has independent screw clamping structure. Printed channel identification on terminal base. Fixed mounting bracket for installation on rack frame. Insulation baffles separate adjacent terminals.
Working Principle Field external cables are connected to corresponding screw terminals. Internal short wires connect terminal assembly to module front wiring terminals. Field sensor signals and relay circuit signals are transmitted through terminal assembly to internal protection modules. The terminal assembly only realizes cable connection and does not process electrical signals.
Installation Requirements Mount terminal assembly on designated position of machinery protection rack. Tighten terminal screws to specified torque. Group different types of cables and connect to corresponding terminal areas. Keep terminal assembly clean and free of metal debris.
Use Precautions Cut off all related power supply before wiring work. Strip appropriate length of cable insulation and avoid exposed copper touching adjacent terminals. Check terminal screw tightness periodically. Prevent oil, dust and corrosive liquid from contaminating terminal assembly.
