- Hardware trip response time less than 10ms
- Reliable capture of low amplitude pulse signals
- Continuous sensor cable health monitoring
Material Composition High precision industrial PCB with signal conditioning and high speed digital processing chips. Metal shielding shell blocks external electromagnetic noise. Gold plated backplane connector ensures stable signal transmission. Flame retardant plastic front panel with status indicator windows.
Structural Characteristics Standard rack mount plug-in card for machinery protection rack slots. Front panel is equipped with LED indicators for channel status, alarm and trip. Internal metal shielding covers pulse signal acquisition circuit. Mechanical lock structure fixes the module firmly against vibration displacement.
Working Principle Pulse signals generated by rotating shaft sensors are transmitted to the module. The conditioning circuit amplifies and shapes weak pulse signals. Internal high speed counter calculates rotating speed according to pulse frequency. Keyphasor pulse provides phase reference for vibration monitoring modules. The module compares measured speed with preset threshold values. When overspeed condition occurs, hardware circuit activates alarm or trip relay output. Continuous self-diagnosis checks sensor loop integrity.
Installation Requirements Install the module inside dedicated machinery protection rack. Sensor signal cables must be routed separately from high power inverter cables. Sensor cable shielding follows single end grounding specification. Place cabinet away from large contactors and high frequency interference sources. Guarantee normal cabinet ventilation.
Use Precautions Complete sensor calibration before system commissioning. Do not modify alarm and trip thresholds randomly during equipment operation. Inspect sensor cable insulation regularly. Replace the module when permanent hardware faults are detected by self-diagnosis.
