Functional Features Real-time data collection from all modules inside the machinery protection rack. Rack configuration management and parameter storage. Upload vibration, speed and temperature data to upper monitoring host. Transmit alarm and trip event records with time stamp. Built-in self-diagnosis monitors the health state of the main unit and rack backplane. Supports online configuration modification and firmware upgrade. Front panel LED indicators show rack running state and communication status.
Application Scenarios Deployed in machinery protection racks for large rotating equipment including steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, boiler fans and process pumps in power, petrochemical and metallurgy industries. It serves as the core communication and management unit for the whole machine protection rack.
Performance Parameters
- High speed data collection for all rack modules
- Time stamped event recording function
- High communication data stability
- Long continuous working life
Material Composition High performance industrial PCB with main processing chips and communication chips. Metal electromagnetic shielding shell. Gold plated backplane connector. Flame retardant plastic front panel with indicator windows.
Structural Characteristics Standard rack plug-in main unit card. Front panel is equipped with communication ports and status LED indicators. Mechanical locking buckle for rack installation. Internal circuit separates high speed digital processing circuit and communication circuit.
Working Principle The main unit communicates with each monitoring module through rack backplane bus to collect measurement values, alarm status and diagnostic data. It stores event logs and time stamp information locally. Processed data is transmitted to upper computer through external communication ports. Engineering software downloads configuration parameters to this main unit, and the main unit distributes parameters to each corresponding module. Internal self-diagnosis circuit monitors hardware running state continuously.
Installation Requirements Install in the dedicated main unit slot of A6500 machinery protection rack. Complete communication cable wiring according to manual requirements. Connect cabinet protective grounding reliably. Ensure cabinet cooling system works normally. Keep communication cables away from high voltage power cables.
Use Precautions Backup rack configuration parameters before firmware upgrade. Do not cut off power during firmware updating. Check communication status regularly during operation. Replace the unit immediately when continuous self-diagnosis faults appear.
