Functional Features Wide AC input range adapts to fluctuation of industrial power grid. Isolated power output eliminates ground loop interference for proximitor measurement circuits. Material Composition Metal shielding housing. Internal multi-layer flame-retardant glass fiber epoxy PCB. High frequency switching transformer, power semiconductor devices, filtering capacitors, fuses and sampling resistors. Input and output terminals adopt nickel-plated copper alloy. Backplane connectors use gold-plated copper contacts.
Structural Features Standard rack plug-in structure for machinery monitoring rack. Front panel equips power status LED and fault alarm relay terminals. Internal airflow channel for natural convection cooling. Mechanical latches lock module to rack rail. Rear connector connects rack backplane.
Working Principle AC mains power enters the module input terminal. EMI filter circuit removes grid surge and high-frequency noise. Switching power circuit converts AC input into isolated stable DC power for proximitor sensors. Sampling circuits continuously monitor output voltage, output current and internal temperature. Once parameters exceed safe range, hardware protection triggers and cuts power output. The fault condition drives relay contact change to send external alarm signal.
Installation Requirements Install module into dedicated power slot of machinery monitoring rack and fasten fixing latches. Connect AC input cable to live, neutral and protective earth terminals. Ensure protective earth wire connects to cabinet ground bus firmly. Keep ventilation openings free of blockage. Total power consumption of connected proximitor channels cannot exceed module rated output capacity.
Precautions for Use Disconnect AC input power before wiring and maintenance. Do not overload the module beyond rated power. Keep ventilation openings free from dust accumulation. Do not disassemble metal housing; internal circuit contains high voltage components. Troubleshoot short-circuit fault of sensor loop before restarting power module after protection trip.
