Functional Features: High-speed collection of multi-channel TSI machinery monitoring data. Time stamp synchronization for all measurement points. Built-in historical event log storage for alarm and fault records. Gigabit Ethernet high-speed data upload. Hardware watchdog for fault safety protection. LED indicators display power, bus and network status. Supports remote configuration and diagnostic.
Application Scenarios: Turbine supervision system data gateway for thermal power units, gas turbine monitoring data interconnection in petrochemical plant, large compressor machinery protection data transmission, hydro turbine condition monitoring system data integration.
Performance Parameters: Typical power consumption: 4.5 W Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms MTBF value: 205000 hours
Material Composition: Module housing: UL94-V0 flame-retardant thermoplastic. Main circuit board: FR-4 glass fiber epoxy printed substrate. Gigabit Ethernet connector: shielded metal RJ45. Internal industrial processor and memory chips. DIN rail fixing clips made of stainless steel.
Structural Features: DIN rail mounting structure. Front panel with RJ45 Ethernet port, terminal blocks for power supply and LED indicators. Internal metal shielding structure reduces electromagnetic interference. Ventilation slots on shell for passive heat dissipation. Terminal blocks arranged for power and internal bus wiring.
Working Principle: The module receives power from 24 VDC power supply terminals. It connects with TSI rack internal bus and continuously collects vibration, displacement, speed and alarm data from TSI monitor modules. It sorts data, adds unified time stamp and converts data into standard industrial protocol. Processed data transmits to upper DCS or monitoring host through gigabit Ethernet port.
Installation Requirements: Mount module on standard 35 mm DIN rail inside control cabinet. Reserve clearance around module for heat dissipation. Use shielded gigabit Ethernet cable for network connection. Separate network cables and high voltage power cables. Tighten power terminal screws with torque 0.6 to 0.8 N·m. Cut off power before wiring operation.
Precautions for Use: Do not apply overvoltage to power terminals. Wear anti-static wristband during maintenance. Regularly check terminal screw tightness. Keep ventilation slots free of dust. Avoid installation in environment with oil mist and corrosive gas. Replace module if network communication fails persistently.
