Working Principle:
PR9268 seismic sensors mounted on bearing housings generate analog voltage signals proportional to bearing vibration velocity or displacement. These signals enter the CSI 3120 through the Harting connector and pass through selectable high-pass and low-pass analog filter stages to isolate the target frequency band. The conditioned signals are then converted to proportional 4–20 mA current loop outputs. The internal microprocessor continuously compares measured vibration levels against user-configured alarm thresholds and generates alert signals when limits are exceeded.
