Over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature hardware protection. Relay dry contact for remote fault alarm. Hot-swap design allows online replacement without rack power-off. LED indicators show input, output and fault status. Low output ripple to protect sensitive control electronics.
Application Scenarios: High-power DCS control rack redundant power supply, large motion control cabinet power backup, petrochemical main control cabinet power supply, thermal power main control rack power system, metallurgical continuous production control cabinet power supply.
Performance Parameters: Output ripple: less than 150 mV peak to peak Power conversion efficiency: greater than 93% under rated load Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 150 Hz, 0.5 g Shock resistance: 10 g peak acceleration, 11 ms duration MTBF value: 228000 hours
Material Composition: Module outer casing: coated metal shell. Main printed circuit board: FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Power switching components are high-power industrial semiconductors. Input and output terminals use nickel-plated brass. DIN rail fixing clip is stainless steel.
Structural Features: Standard 35 mm DIN rail mounting structure. Front panel contains AC input terminals, 24 VDC output terminals and fault alarm terminals. LED indicator group on front panel. Internal large area metal heat sink. Cooling fan built inside for forced air cooling. Air inlet at bottom and air outlet at top of shell.
Working Principle: AC input power enters EMI filter circuit to suppress grid interference. Rectifier circuit converts AC into DC, then DC-DC converter stabilizes output to 24 VDC. Two ER22020-T modules work in parallel and share load current. When one module fails, internal isolation circuit disconnects the faulty module, and the healthy module supplies full load. Built-in monitoring circuit detects voltage, current and temperature and triggers protection when exceeding threshold.
Installation Requirements: Install module on standard 35 mm DIN rail. Reserve vertical clearance for air flow of cooling fan. Select wire cross-section according to rated 20 A output current. Separate AC input wiring and DC output wiring. Cut off AC power before wiring or module replacement.
Precautions for Use: Do not block cooling fan air inlet and outlet. Wear anti-static wristband when maintaining internal circuit. Regularly clean fan dust accumulation. Do not use in environment with conductive dust. Stop using module if fan stops rotating continuously.
