Built-in self-test for battery health status. Short-circuit, over-load and over-temperature protection.
Application Scenarios: Backup power for DCS control cabinet, server and network switch power backup, industrial control computer uninterrupted power supply, safety instrument system power backup, data communication equipment power protection in petrochemical and power plant.
Performance Parameters: Transfer time from mains to battery: less than 4 ms Efficiency: greater than 95% under normal mains mode Vibration resistance: 10 Hz to 50 Hz, 0.2 g Shock resistance: 5 g peak acceleration MTBF value: 210000 hours
Material Composition: Rack housing: cold rolled steel plate with powder coating. Internal circuit board: FR-4 glass fiber epoxy substrate. Battery shell: ABS flame-retardant plastic. Power connector: nickel-plated copper alloy. Front panel display window: transparent polycarbonate.
Structural Features: 2U standard rack chassis, suitable for 19-inch industrial cabinet. Front panel equipped with LCD display, operation buttons and status LED indicators. Rear panel has AC input socket, AC output sockets, battery terminal and remote alarm terminal block. Internal battery compartment for built-in battery pack. Cooling fan inside chassis for heat dissipation.
Working Principle: When commercial power is normal, AC input passes filter and voltage regulation circuit, then supplies power to load. Charging circuit charges internal battery at the same time. When mains power fails, inverter circuit starts immediately, converts battery DC power into 230 VAC pure sine wave AC power and supplies to load. When mains power recovers, UPS automatically switches back to mains supply and resumes battery charging.
Installation Requirements: Install UPS into standard 19-inch 2U rack. Reserve air circulation space at front and rear of unit. Connect AC input to reliable commercial power source. Connect AC output cable to control equipment load. Keep ventilation air inlet and outlet unobstructed. Cut off input power before maintenance.
Precautions for Use: Do not overload UPS beyond rated power. Do not block cooling fan air flow. Replace battery according to service life cycle. Wear insulating gloves when opening battery compartment. Do not install in environment with high temperature or corrosive gas. Conduct regular battery self-test.
