Functional Features DC-DC conversion circuit provides stable regulated power supply for each module on VersaMax rack. Hardware protection circuit cuts off output automatically when overvoltage, undervoltage or overcurrent fault occurs. Front panel LED indicator displays power normal or fault state. When abnormal electrical parameters are detected, hardware protection circuit activates and LED fault indication triggers.

Installation Requirements Install module on standard DIN rail inside control cabinet and lock mounting buckle. Connect 24VDC power cable to input terminals and fasten terminal screws. Install module at the leftmost position of VersaMax rack to supply power for whole rack. Reserve ventilation space around module for heat dissipation.

Precautions for Use Cut off external 24VDC power before wiring operation. Check input power polarity before power on. Do not cover module ventilation area. Inspect terminal tightness regularly. Do not disassemble module plastic housing.
