Installation Requirements Mount the terminal assembly on standard DIN rail inside safety cabinet and lock the mounting buckle. Use shielded twisted-pair cables for field instrument wiring and tighten each terminal screw to specified torque. Implement single-point grounding of cable shielding layer inside safety cabinet only. Verify full contact between top metal pins and SIS module bottom connector after module insertion. Separate safety analog signal wiring from high-voltage power cables to avoid electromagnetic coupling interference.
